Breakfast: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 1 slice avocado, a small handful of walnuts, 1/2 grapefruit
Lunch: Green smoothie (1 pear, 1 apple, 1 banana, kale, spinach, cucumber, celery, chia seeds, flax seed, ice, 1c water); small piece of paleo banana bread I made a few days ago
Post-workout snack: a few slices of chicken breast; grapes
Dinner: Paleo sweet potato enchiladas (recipe here: http://paleomg.com/sweet-potato-enchiladas/) <—SO good
Dessert: 1/2 dark chocolate dipped frozen banana
Workout: 1hr spin class; lifting session w/ focus on legs; abs
